As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I assist my clients by recognizing and reducing all forms of nutritional and environmental stress, which are usually the root causes of most allergies, ailments, addictions and imbalances in the body.

I understand that everyone's nutritional needs are unique and in my consulting practice I deal with each person individually, offering personalized recommendations to address the specific imbalances.
